DevCode Group launches CCDL, a development loop where platforms evolve continuously with customer demand

The Continuous Co-Development Loop, CCDL, connects customer needs directly with AI-powered development, testing and release. The result is shorter feedback loops, faster innovation and stronger commercial advantage for the customers.

PayControl is the first company within DevCode Group to implement the model.

DevCode Group, the Stockholm-based venture studio behind PayControl, among other ventures, today launches the Continuous Co-Development Loop, CCDL.

CCDL is a model for customer-driven software development. Customer requests are evaluated by AI, classified by risk and converted into development tasks. Autonomous agents then help build, test and prepare changes for release, with traceability and human sign-off where required.

For customers, this means that the platform can evolve at the same pace as their business. New needs, market opportunities and regulatory changes can be turned into tested product improvements significantly faster than in traditional development cycles.

When our customers move faster, they win faster. CCDL is designed to give them our customers advantage, without lowering the quality bar.

For nearly twenty years we have built high-volume transaction systems where failure is not an option. CCDL is what happens when autonomous agents step in, and every quality standard we have always held stays in place. The tempo is new. The bar is the same”, says Pedro Hansson, Group CEO and co-founder, DevCode Group.

Traditional payment orchestration has increasingly locked customers into someone else’s infrastructure. With PayControl on CCDL the customers get the opposite, full control in their own environment, and a platform that evolves with the business”, says Nathan Salisbury, CEO and co-founder, PayControl.

People hear autonomous agents and assume control has been reduced. In CCDL, it is the opposite.. It is the reverse. risk classification, testing and traceability are built into the loop. That is why we are willing to run it in regulated environments”, says Erik Wallin, co-founder PayControl and Technology Coordinator, DevCode Group.
