Linklaters advises Saint-Gobain on the sale of its ventilation distribution business in the Nordics to Airvance Group

Linklaters has advised Saint-Gobain on the sale of its ventilation distribution business in the Nordics to Airvance Group, a leading player in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry.

The business is a leading ventilation distributor in the region, operating in three countries through Bevego in Sweden, Ventistål in Norway and Øland AIRFORCE in Denmark. In 2025, the business generated sales of €415 million and employed approximately 950 people across 62 outlets.

Saint-Gobain is a worldwide leader in light and sustainable construction. The group designs, manufactures and distributes materials and services adapted to residential, non-residential and infrastructure markets. Its integrated and innovative solutions provide sustainability, performance and well-being for its customers.
